COVID-19 Update

We are excited to announce we are once again open with our regular office hours!

In order to ensure the safety of our staff and patients, we will be operating under the guidelines set by the Governor and the director of the Ohio Department of Health.

Here is what you should know:

The parking lot is now our "virtual waiting room". Please call before entering the building for appointments, material pick-ups, and eyeglass repairs/adjustments. This will allow us to coordinate movement of people through the office in a safe manner.

All staff and patients are required to wear masks during their time in the office. All staff and patients will be screened upon arrival for COVID-19 symptoms and temperatures will be checked with a no-touch thermometer.

Patients may not bring additional friends or family in to their appointments. Only one parent or necessary caregiver will be allowed to accompany the patient.

Frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, will be sanitized multiple times per day.

All instruments, machines, and surfaces are sanitized before and after staff or patient contact.

Eyeglass frames will be sanitized after patient contact.

Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations throughout the office.

Exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each use.

We kindly ask that you try to maintain 6 feet of distance from others in the office if possible, and please reschedule your appointment if you or a family member are feeling ill.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
